Activate Xtreme- 5-6 caps per day for 35 days. Start on day 15 of Max out
Thermolife TS2- 4 caps per day for 30 days. Start on day 25 of Max out.
or, substitute the following:
Xfactor for Max Out
Bio Forge for Activate Xtreme
Androstenetrione (primaforce) for TS2
These 50 days stacks should deliver 5-15 gains of lean mass, or so I'm told. I have plans to try one of these in the next few months. Good luck with what ever you choose.

I think i'm just going to get the Swole stake. Found it for 99 bucks shipped, and I only hear good things about it. My biggest concern is the insulin increase from the Glycobol--I'm looking for pretty clean/lean gains so if my diet is dialed in I hope this doesn't up my bf much...ECA,creatine and protein
no no .. glycobol acts as an insulin mimicker ..shuttles CHO's/Glycogen into the muscle and inhibits storage as adipose.. great from leaning out .. just use say before breakfast and pre-workout .. i have been cutting/ more of a recomp with it and use 2 glycobol 20 minutes before 3/4 cups oats at breakfast and then 2 more glycobol 20-30 minutes Pre-WO before 1/2 - 3/4 c oats depending on the day's split .... it won't cause an increase in BF .. quite the opposite IMEI think i'm just going to get the Swole stake. Okay cool--I guess I had that wrong. I was thinking that since this stack has glycobol, it was more of a "bulking" stack. It is what you make of it. I can bulk somebody up with no supps, this cycle will enhance those gains.would you guys consider SWOLE a bulking stack?

Right these herbal stacks are very versataile. I used the stack at the start of my prep with a lot of success. The great thing is you can train like you weren't dieting at all and still make gains in the gym. This is the only way to cut. Your going to be happy with this stack believe me.The SWOLE stack is very versatile. You can use it successfully under any circumstances.

One last (i think) question...
I typically use waxy maize 30 min before a workout and take it down with some creatine, A L-canitine, taurine, etc..
Should I cut out the waxy maize while i'm on this stack which contains Glycobol?
