Im trying to decide on what to get.....what would be better on somewhat of a keto diet borage or, or a combo of both?
or any other that you can suggest is good too..

FLAX/ with 510mg GLA and 5200mg Omega 3 per tbs.
GLA is supposed to be a nonstim thermogenic never had much luck with it myself but you could try it> I think other than that the EFAs are essentially the same though I didnt look that up Im working from memory. Personally I like fish oil for EFAs 2-4 gms of active per day works good.
