Jack3d gives me the "tingles!"

  1. Jack3d gives me the "tingles!"

    Really - it does!

Within 10-15 minutes after drinking 1 & 1/2 scoops, I get these shooting "tingles" that rush through my body.

It feels good, but it's kind of odd!

What ingredient in Jack3d could be causing this?

On the positive side, it lets me know that Jack3d is working!

  2. perhaps try taking it and them starting your w/o sooner. take it 5 mins sooner. I find when I take a mad dose of beta Alanine that it tingles unless I workout very shortly after dosing.

  3. Think I can chime in here:

When beta alanine binds to the nerve receptors it causes that tingling feeling, it usually happens within 15-20 minutes of taking Jack3d. This is when I know I am ready to get get goin'. The sensation is called paraesthsia.

par·es·the·sia (noun) a sensation of pricking, tingling, or creeping on the skin having no objective cause and usually not associated with injury or irritation of a sensory nerve or nerve root

I happen to like it...one of the few supplements in my opinion that you can really feel working.

    Hope that helps

  4. Didn't notice it too bad while taking jack3d. Xpand xtreme on the other hand has been consistently doing this to me.

That's what I thought - that I need to drink it right before hopping in the car to drive to the gym.

I don't want to waste those "tingles!"

From everything I have read there is no negative side effects from this reaction. In time this feeling will start to fade but the carnosine absorption will still be just as effective.

    Very good explanation.

    Thanks.

Beta-alanine is the cause and this is a normal effect. Nothing bad about it

  8. yes my review on Jacked is goood, i mean it did work well for the first 2-3 weeks, then it started to reduce the tingling Which i loveeeeeeeee when it tingles, anyway then i switched t NO xplode and thats fantastic as well, i will deff be finishing my Jacked bottle maybe if i purchase prime and other USP supps

  9. I get the tingles too big time. Second dose today and got them on a short cardio warm up before doing chest. Got similar effect from V12 a few years ago. I suppose it's good because I had totally adapted to Superpump. Took 2 weeks off from all supps before starting this.

    Thumbs up for Jack3d!
