DCP + Lean Xtreme + OEP + Glycobol

Hi

i see different dosages
and timing

what`s the best time to hit Lean Xtreme and DCP ?

LX 1 cap in the morning , 1 cap pre workout , 1 cap in the evening between the meals or before sleep ? or as label 4h after first dose

DCP
i ate first bottle
2 caps first thing in the morning
2 caps pre workout
2 caps between the meals ( is it better to give 2 tabs before sleep )

Glycobol
1-2 caps pre breakfest ( 30-40 gr carbs )
1-2 caps after workout ( 20-30 gr carbs )

2 caps before cheat meal ( once weekly )

is 1 cap worth antyhing while cutting on low carb diet ? or go up to 2 caps twice daily

i`ll stack all that with tt-33 in few days

damn that's a big stack, even for me!

Have you used any of products these solo?

I would pick 2(at most) and go from there.

Glycobol is potent, start low.
Lean Xtreme- Follow directions
DCP-never used
OEP-never used

TT-33? I think a pct is needed for this supplement. Search it up brah. This is a thyroid product and needs to be cycled properly.

contest dieting for 10 weeks already
i`ve done 1 DCP bottle , few weeks ago DICANA ( for kickstart )
And few stims like Viper and tight

so i`ve used dcp with other stims / compared to OEP
i`ve got problem with cortisol so i decided to use LEAN XTREME

after few weeks of dieting
i want to boost metabolism ( tt-33 which i`ll taper up an down)
hunger and low energy - OEP
DCP is just to complete the stack

i know what can happen after tt-33


glycobol to control insulin especially on the carb load meals / days


so
what would be the best TIMING of those supps

on off days , one a day training and two training sessions daily ?

Gbol when low carbs I just take one cap per meal 5-6 times a day

With the carb ups that depends on your tolerance.

2-4 caps per meal

I usually do it 2 30 min pre meal

Then 2 halfway thru the meal since I'm eating forever

DCP take 3-5x a day before meals. Except pre workout. Take it on empty pre workout. Or 30 min before you hit up cardio after your weights

Lean x. I would just follow the label. Or do it Morning and during you workout, that works well. Then after dinner

Didn't you say you had like 5 weeks left, your way way ahead of schedule, I would maybe just go with OEP if anything at all... your going to make it.

i don`t un derstand what do you mean ?

why would you avoid other supps ?
you have 5 weeks to lose about 2 percent body fat (at the very, very most), you could do that in your sleep... OEP is more than enough to get it done. Your first contest ? I saw your pic your doing an awsome job, you could do ok if you walked on stage right now, your going to be shredded beyond belief!!

I'd get in some topical fat loss too, to free up those fatty acids for burning by the OEP! :D

Dermatherm Target. stuff lasts foreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever. I have never tried evsicerate... is it pretty happenin dreamweaver?

I agree that you do not need all of this stuff.

i`ve got problems with lower ab fat , lower back fat and legs.

I`d like to shred it in 4 weeks with diet workout`s and... supps that i have.

Miraculous for some, it's not as good for me but does do something. I have a trainee where it just works like magic, so it's like everything else responds differently for different people.
