banaba dose? plz help

hello and good day,
i am currently using yellow gold, and should be receiving my banaba today, i wonder, since the banaba products i have used in the past are contain banaba 1%, and np'S banaba is 20%, is that gonna put me in a coma :) ? how i wonder should i be dosing this, i am 6'4 214 lbs if that is any help, thank you very much in advance for your input.

100 mg of the 1% gives 1mg of corosolic acid.

100 mg of the 20% gives 20mg of corosolic acid.

A good dose of corosolic acid is anywhere from 16-48mg a day.
