I am fairly new to the world, I am a 21 year old male looking to slim down and cut. I've only used whey protein and super pump so my knowledge and experiences are low so i was wondering if i can get some help from the very best.

A lot of my friends were on pro hormones and suggested that i try it out, most notable, Winabol, I just picked it up today and I was wondering...

-How do I use it in the most effective way?
-Is there anything else I have to take with it?
