IME: Maca - small increase, may not be significant, 1.5-3g/d
Fenugreek - massive load increase, unavoidable 1g/d
Soy Lecithin - noticeable increase, (and oily skin) 10g/d
Good sex - way better at increasing ejaculate size than normal sex or onanism.
Do these give you P. North loads? Depends where you start. But you should notice a difference on any of the above three (esp fenugreek) I believe.

Maca - Noticeable increase in volume @ 3g per day, definitely dose dependent. I have heard L-Arginine uses the same pathway and is more cost effective
Fenugreek - Increase in orgasm intensity for me, may indirectly have caused more volume. 1g before bed, ramping up the dose, running no more than 7 days consecutively.
Formestane (Homebrew transdermal) - Increase in orgasm intensity, no increase in volume that I recall.

dopaminergics like cabergoline and bromocriptine increase semen volume.
l-dopa and green tea extract (ECGC helps potentiate L-dopa) work to a lesser, yet still noticeable degree.
Be careful with them, though. It's not something you want to be taking on a daily basis. It'll mess with your mind and your heart.

In biology and psychology, the term Coolidge effect describes a phenomenon—seen in nearly every species in which it has been tested—whereby males show continuously high sexual performance given the introduction of new receptive partners.
Origin of the term
The term comes from an old joke, according to which U.S. President Calvin Coolidge and his wife allegedly visited a poultry farm. During the tour, Mrs. Coolidge inquired of the farmer how his farm managed to produce so many fertile eggs with such a small number of roosters. The farmer proudly explained that his roosters performed their duty dozens of times each day.
"Perhaps you could point that out to Mr. Coolidge," pointedly replied the First Lady.
The President, overhearing the remark, asked the farmer, "Does each rooster service the same hen each time?"
"No," replied the farmer, "there are many hens for each rooster."
"Perhaps you could point that out to Mrs. Coolidge," replied the President.
The original experiments with rats followed this protocol: A male rat would be placed into an enclosed large box with four or five female rats in estrus. He would immediately begin mating with all of the female rats repeatedly until eventually exhausted. Although the females would continue nudging and licking him to continue, he would not respond. However, if a novel female were introduced to the box, he would become alert and find the ability to mate once again with the new female. This phenomenon is not limited to Rattus norvegicus. It is attributed to an increase in dopamine levels and its subsequent effect upon the limbic system.
Human males experience a post-ejaculatory refractory period after sex. They are incapable of engaging in sex with the same female after ejaculation and require time to recover full sexual function. In popular reference, the Coolidge effect is the well-documented phenomenon that the post-ejaculatory refractory period is reduced or eliminated if a separate female becomes available. This effect is cited by evolutionary biologists as a reason why males are more likely to desire sex with a greater number and variety of partners than females.

Why is it important to increase load size? I've never understood that? Wouldn't staying power be the primary objective here?

Their are a lot of women who really enjoy it when their man has a huge volume. Do you want to be known as the guy who dribbled on her stomach or shot 7-10 streams over her head?

7-10 stream guy plz.
Peter North paints pictures with clomid and prolly a combination of being a genetic freak.
I use maca and fenugreek works a lil but, no Peter, there is only one "Paintings by Peter" in the world.

I heard a interview with Peter North once, and he admits he has a bigger than average load to begin with.

from what i've heard, the load size effect of clomid can be gotten from a single large dose (like 200mg) the day beforehand which eliminates the emotional sides since they come from buildup over time. Never tried it tho.

Taken from steriod.com profiles
"I used to run Clomid for about 3 weeks post cycle, at 100-150mgs. Any more than that, and I experience emotional side effects (no, really) due to the excess amount of circulating estrogen I have in my body. All of that extra estrogen tends to make me moody, and it gets hard to squeeze workouts and cardio in-between reruns of "Sex & the City" (ok, I´m exaggerating)."
You can check out the full profile to find out why you have all that extra estrogen floating around.
