Would this product cause any bloat? Also, how would you dose this and for how long?
Tested this for MST. Ran it @ a heaping scoop preworkout and used the whole container....about 6 weeks I believe. No reason to cycle off. For a bigger kick I used 1 1/2 scoops. GREAT product!
OH BTW No bloat what so ever....got leaner while running it.
any more recommendations?
