going to do a 50 day stack of ebol, cbol, purple wraath, and body octane.
I plan to dose the cbol at the full 12 pills for the first week than scale back to 6 a day after I've built up some creatine. I plan on taking the BO once per day before workout and purple wraath during workout. Ebol will be dosed two pills 3x per day.
I also do morning cardio 3x per week which I'll be taking purple wraath before hand.
I lift 5-6 days a week for about 45min-1 hour
splits are: chest, back/shoulders, bi's/tri's, legs
abs and calves are done 3x per week.
Thoughts? Recommendations?
