Trouble Sleeping on Prime?
I've read lots oflogs where the users stated they had deep, restful sleep while using. I've only been on for three days so far, but have had trouble staying asleep since starting it. I've always had trouble sleeping, so this isn't anything new to me, but I had been sleeping better with some supps I'm taking - 6 mg of along with . But even with these I am still waking up in the middle of the night since starting Prime.
Perhaps it's something else thats causing this. Just curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this...

6mg is an awful lot of melatonin... be careful as you can develop a dependency on melatonin. When do you dose your prime?SFW and GFH

I'm following the 69 protocol, so the last dose is with dinner, around 6:30PM.
Yeah, 6 mg is high on the melatonin. I hate to do it, but I need my sleep. Prob already dependant on it, though I only take it during the work week as I don't need to get to bed early on the weekends...

i have no clue. ur mela dosing is really really high. when i took ZMA, i never woke up during the night. try taking 2 at your last meal and an extra 4th cap with your second dosing on the 9 day

Hmm I'm using the 6/6/6 dosing schedule with prime...and when it hits it feels like a mild stim with euphoric alpha overtones. It doesn't help me sleep at all...but...when I take some GABA before bed I am down for the count till I wake up.

I slept a little better last night, though still woke up a few times. DOn't have to work tomorrow, so i'll get to see if sleeping in improves how I feel.

i would just take one cap away from your dose from your last dosing and put it earlier in the day and see if that does anything.

Do not dose in the evening. make afternoon meal/snack the last dosage point.
I think Prime does help muscle recovery time on balance.

your body naturally makes melatonin. so if your constantly adding that much to your body daily, you will develop a dependence for it mentally, not physically... its like a pre workout. once you take a pre workout for 3 months then suddenly stop and do not taper off, you will have a crappy workout. why? because you have become dependent on it.

Sleeping much better now. I moved my last dose of Prime to around 6:30-7 PM and that seems to be working well for me. Now that the sleep issue is resolved, things are much better, strength and mood are moving in a positive direction.
