thanks for the advice....... found out the 1.25cc of beta alanine is about 800mg
1.25cc of alcar is about 500mg..... thanks for your assistance

I haven't been impressed with BA. I think the tingle is what's selling this product.
If you're going to use this stuff, I think 10g/day minimum is what to shoot for. Taking the oft cited 3-6 grams is just pissing in the wind, IMO. I didn't recognized any benefit while loading it at that amount (much higher earlier) and I did so for almost 6 months. Nor did I note any drop coming off cold turkey.
Having said all of that, I do think it holds great benefit in an anti-aging protocol. In that respect, it's similar to acetyl-l-carnitine, etc..
