normally I take 30g of fish oil a day, 15g in the morning, and 15g later in the afternoon. before you think dang thats a lot of pills, I use carlson liquid.
Lately I have been working very very late at the office, and have been taking my fishoil 15g right after I get home, and right before bed. I have noticed considerably higher recovery and less soreness the next day versus my usual casein shake.
my question to you guys is, does taking 15g of fat directly before bed hinder my weight loss efforts? because I want to continue seeing this recovery but at the same time, I don't want to hinder my cut efforts.
