  1. CREATINE AND LIVER FUNCTION TEST

Hi I am due a liver function test mid Jan 2010 and plan to run Controlled labs Green Magnitude up to mid December .The creatines in Green mag are
Magnesium Creatine Chelate , with Dicreatine Malate .

Do you think taking creatine will affect the result?.

creatine will effect the kidneys much more than liver. they use creatinine levels as a test for health kidney function. i don't think you will have to worry to much about liver being effected, but i would stop using the creatine at least 10 days before test is to be done.-looking at what you posted that should be plenty of time off before the test.

  4. agreed. if you have the test done during your cycle of creatine, the doc may say something about your kidneys, but once u get off, they go back to normal pretty rapidly. just drink a gallon of water a day
