  1. Time to get back in shape.


    i need some opinions on which supplement or stack to take with my work outs. I'm 5'11" 230 lbs. my focus is fat loss.
    Appreciate the help guys.


  2. Great to hear you are getting back into it.

    How long have you been working out since you started back?

    I would start with the basics of protein powder creatine, multi vit and wait a little while before doing much else.

  7. ECA is great for energy and fat loss, I also like garlic+ginger root, and grape seed, those also raise your metabolism. Nothing fancy. But it works.

    I think they both are essentially the same type of fat burner i.e cortisol lowerer, I could be wrong. But either way they dont sound like a very good stack.

  13. good source of carnitine is GPLC, its basically all you need pre workout, maybe a lil caffeine and creatine to boot! look into Primordial Performance Premax it has an abundant source of GPLC in it and no carbs which would be great for weight loss and MMA classes i loved it and the evidence on GPLC is proof enough!

    for smooth clean weight loss, interval cardio, green tea, CLA, a stimulant if you feel necessary, and a very clean diet and support from friends and also board memebers
