Hello all,
First off, a little about me. I am a 200-400 runner at an NCAA DIII college (freshman). I also jump and could possibly be in the decathlon. Im relatively thin and tall (see info to the left) and I would like to keep it that way, Im not looking to bulk up. I am in a weight lifting class now in addition to 10hrs of track practice a week.
This is what I'm thinking:
GNC Mega Men Sport daily vitamin
Anabolic Innovation Essentials + joint
8-Ball Nutrition HPC-3 (or 8 Ball Nutrition Beta-GF Edge)
Gaspari SuperPump 250 (maybe, lately its been making me VERRY jittery)
As far as I can tell, all of this is NCAA Legal. Am I right? My biggest concern is staying Legal in my supplements. Im not interested in covering up what im taking, I think its just easier to stay clean in the first place. If anyone sees any problems or has any suggestions, please feel free to let me know.
