UDCA vs. TUDCA ??

For those that know what these are, is there a real difference between the two that can be explained in laymans terms ??

I wonder why people would use UDCA. IMO, it's for extreme cases of liver hurtin'. I don't know the difference either, though. Milk thistle is enough for me, though.

Use either . Same thing.

I reseasrched this exact same topic while back when I was running som orals and arrived at the conclusion they are virtually identical and act similarly/identically

The claim was that the Taurine version (TUDCA) was superior, but never "proven".
