Need Tips for Testosterone Bump

I'm 22, and for the past 8 months I've been dogging it bad. No aparent reason except this: I had hormone saliva testing done and for my age group my T is low. Like I would be in the 1 percentile. I'm assuming this is why I haven't been able to put on weight in the past year or so.

Docs can;t give me anything because it is not "clinically" low just not where you would want it to be. I used to work out like a madman for the past 5 years. So I went out today and bought some ZMA. I know there is mixed reviews and opinions on this but I am trying it anyways, well see.

I want to know if you guys know of anything that can help me out. I never really got into using any supplements, except whey. So I am not too knowledgeable. I am not looking for anything dangerous either like pure steroids lol. Just anything that can bump my T up so its in a more normal range. I heard ZMA and ginseng can do that but God knows.

Im just really feeling like **** lately, any help would be sweet. Thanks.

how's your cholesterol intake? specifically eggs?

how's your mono fat intake? again, nuts, olive oil, etc?

if your T levels aren't "clinically low" that's where i'd start. also, when you work out, make sure you're doing squats/deads/bench.

lastly, at 6'2" and 175 i assume you have very low body fat? if not, that's again an area to tackle.

wish i knew more than i did (don't we all). good luck.

I honestly do believe ZMA worked well for me, so your on the right track. As was said, double check your cholesterol intake as cholesterol is important for hormone production. Check vitamin deficiencies, especially zinc. Try to reduce stress and bump up sleeping more.

If all else fails, T911. I cant sing the praises quite loud enough for just what that product did to me and my post cycle boys.

Get the MVP/ZMK stack. Love it. If you want to boost your test you can try some Sustain Alpha. If you're sore a long time after workouts try some EndoAmp also. If you have high estro topical formestane works well for me.

Agreed check diet, if all fails check with physician again could be something else going on.

Its bit weird, its as if the test levels have suddenly collapsed. ?Retake the test test again?

If you were training like a madman for five years, it probably does just relate to nutrient deficiency, so something like ZMA probably would help you. I can honestly say that those minerals helped me. Focus on the healthy stuff, and weight awhile before you try any "weird" stuff.
