Need Supplement advice (for mostly cardio)

I am not sure where to post this so here it will go.
I have a question about how to supplement with endurance/cardio focus.

Background:
I am 42 6'1 about 230 lbs. I have lifted weights for most of my adult life. I also played college football. I would nearly always do my weight lifting and then add on 30-40 mins of cardio at the end.

I will soon have the unique work schedule that would allow me to get in an hour work out most days at lunch time.
So I want to adjust my workouts

I hope to go get a good cardio workout in before work (workout 6 am-7am), then at lunch time (or perhaps after work) get in a good weight lifting workout. I will probably do the cardio 4-5 days a week and the weights 4 days a week. I do hope to put some emphasis on the cardios. 2 or 3 days a week I expect to be running/Jogging pretty steady for that full hour (6 miles-to maybe 7 miles for an hour jog).


MY questions : How to plan supplements for these workouts?
More specifically how does one supplement after a good cardio workout?
What different supplements are needed for hard cardio vs hard weights?
Ideally I would get specific supplement schedule
For example Before morning/cardio workout take.............
Post cardio take..........

then prior to strength/weights take...........
post weights ...........
