I am 19, 5' 11", 182# and in reasonable shape. I am looking to gain some size, but my primary focus is getting my athletic endurance up. Right now my only workout is running about 8 miles a week, but plan on lifting weights again.

Based on information from this board, I have come up with this prelimenary stack for endurance training... Anyone care to tear it apart? Thoughts on dosage timing?

  • Optimum Nutrition 100% Egg Protein -- 22 g
  • NSI CreaPure Creatine -- 5 g
  • GNC Pro Performance Beta-Alanine -- 3.2 g
  • And a multi-vitamin

I also contemplated something like N.O.XPLODE for pre-workout, but I am kind of on the fence about it.
