Im 5'10 188lbs. 20yrs. old trying to lose fat, retain muscle, and strength been cutting already just without running now that i will be including cardio i was thinking of a stack that might help. I been off zma and all supplements other than multi vitamins and 2 liters of green tea daily for 7 weeks so i will be adding zma to beta alinine and tribulus. Reason for beta alinine for the endurance boost during my circuits. Does anyone find this stack worth it or anything better that i dont know of that could help with my goals. any help appreciated
