I recently bought some zinc and l-arginine from a local vitamin shoppe. I also take fish oil usually after each one of my 3 main meals a day. (breakfast lunch and dinner) I was wondering when is the best time to take the l arginine and zinc. The labels say to just preferably take it with a meal but I figured you guys might know better and how should i space out the supplements or is it ok to take together? Thanks.
