    Can someone please clarify which pro-hormones work the best when taken with or without food?

    It has been said that non-methylated prohormones should be taken with a fatty food. I am not completely sold on the idea though.

    supposedly helps with absorption. But eh, Honestly I dont mind stuffing some Natty PB down any time of day ^.^

    Some, like 3ad, need the fats to create the right stomach environment to be absorbed properly. Makes a HUGE difference in it's effects. However, I can't speak for other non-methyls. When in doubt, ask a company rep, check the bottle or refer to the FAQ on the individual substance.

    the rep for LG told me to take m1d with the two most fattening meals each day, and like someone else said my buddies taking tren extreme i believe and they told him to take it with a scoop of peanut butter each time, today was the first day i tried it, i was wondering if taking omega 3's at the same time is good or i should really pig out with the fats at that time

    The actual type of fat doesn't matter. I guess it's up to you. Of course we'd counsel you to take in healthy fats (natural pb, salmon, macadamia nut or olive oil etc.). but you don't have to.

    what about the amount of fats? today i took 2 omegas with a bowl of cereal and 1% milk and another with a protein bar and 2 omegas, i'm not sure the amounts of fat in my omegas if they change by company or whatever

    I'd guess in the 15-20g range. I can't speak for LG sciences, but I know for 3ad, it's in that range with each dose.

    It honestly does not seem to matter, at least with The One- just remember to take it 1st thing in the AM- spacing out the doses is not the best thing in the world- a PM dose will keep you up all night- it is strong stuff

    according to PA all hormones , including methyl's should be taken with food, well I trust his words...

    All hormones enter the body easier with fats. I like it with meals... Ie whole eggs with breakfast and some kinda leaner red meat for later dose... But PB, nutts, oils work well in a pinch
