So I've seen a bunch of threads that say you can use the two, but at two seperate times. I also know that USPLabs anabolic pump includes both.
so knowing that np's banaba is 20% acid, and the one in AP is standardized to 2%, does anyone know what a good blend of both yellow gold and banaba would be to effectively help with nutrient partitioning?
the standard dose of yg by itself is 1-1.5g before meals.
the standard does for banaba is 300-400mg before meals.
could I perhaps make a blend with half a serving of each or would that screw me up, by lowering my glucose levels too much? I also want to make a blend that will help get back into keto faster by dropping my glucose levels, but not to the point that puts me in a sleep coma....
