    does anyone know of a "natural creatine" that i can buy that dose not have all the extra crap into it?

    What are you referring to as 'extra crap'? Any bulk creatine (i.e CEE, Creatine Monohydrate, etc.) from nutraplanet I believe.

    Yeah, I believe there is even a bulk creatine category. Nothing in it but the creatine....
