    creatine


    i took creatine for awhile(less than 3 grams) and i heard that one should stop taking creatine for awhile before getting back on it. how long should someone be on and off of it?

    Yea, I agree. I have cycled in the past and saw no difference from not cycling. I havn't cycled in over a year.

    Same deal with loading. I have found it to be a waste of time and money. In the long run I got the same results.

    Creatine loading is worthless. You're body will only store what it needs, anymore will be wasted in which case an increase in creatine phosphate stores may increase minimally. With conditioning these stores can increase. And no need for cycling as your body can natural produce and utilize from food sources.
