Hey everyone, I am trying to lose 20 pounds. I've been running and lifting. What are the best supplements to use to lose weight while doing these things?

DIET is the best thing you can do for it. As long as that's manipulated right, then you should see progress.

And DON'T focus on losing WEIGHT, but on losing FAT. You want to preserve as much muscle mass as possible, whilst losing fat effectively; that should be your goal (since you may NOT need to or have 20lb of FAT to lose).
