    first time taking Jack3d


    I tried Jack3d today for the first time as I could not wait til Monday to start. I only took 1 1/4 scoop and I felt it within 30 mins. The workout was great, but my stomach felt awkward the whole time and I did not have much of an appetite after. If this is a common side effect let me know. I am worried about it affecting me being able to have a shake and meal after my work out as that is the most important time for me to have it. I am trying to bulk and obviously appetite is a big issue for me. Any help is appreciated.

    how much are u eating b4 taking the jacked if u eat 2 hours or so b4 and take jacked an dworkout u should start feeling hungry towards the end of ur workout..

    i ate like 5 mins before i took it.. i feel like if i didnt i would have been off the wall.. i already was racin

    I take it on an empty stomach usually dont eat 1hr and a half before I take it and then I drink my preworkout shake 45 min after I take it and that usually settles my stomach and then by the time I am done working out I am ready to eat again. If I take on an empty stomach and then dont drink my shake I am bouncing off the walls and my appetite is gone for hours. The shake 45 minutes after I take jack3d seems to balance everything out that is if you can workout after drinking your shake some people dont like working out after eating or drinking a shake.
    Also the effects of jack3d will be much better if you dont eat before you take it, a big difference!!

    what kind of shake do you take preworkout? postworkout i take musclemilk 1/2 cup scoop of oats and a banana

    Two scoops of whey, 2 tblspn of natural pb, 1 tblspn safflower oil, 1 scoop of waxy maize but be careful cause the maize can cause silent but violent attacks if you know what i mean

    should i be taking whey before and not muscle milk? i am trying to bulk just seems like a shake right before will make my stomach just feel bloated

    I cant tell you what to do because we all react differently, but there is a good chance you may feel bloated some people dont like to eat or drink anything before their workout but you can give it a try to see if it makes you feel better and more hungry afterwards. I dont get real bloated after my shake and if I do it really doesnt bother me unless I am doing deadlifts or one arm rows.
    I use the safflower oil for fats and calories, the maize is for my carb intake easier than eating a cup of brown rice. I only do this when bulking, its hard sometimes to get enough calories from solids so I sometimes supplement stuff in my shakes to get more.

    This could be from high sensitivity to stims. The mild appetite suppression is reported with Jack3d, in some cases.

    I would just stick to the lower end of the dosing range. Also, you could incorporate a nutrient repartitioner like USPlabs Anabolic-Pump or P-Slin. I dose 1 P-Slin 15 minutes prior to drinking my post workout shake and it gives me a 'carb hungry' feel. I cannot say that it is an appetite stimulator but you will 'want to eat' at about 15-20 minutes after dosing.

    The safflower oil may also be useful with a CLA effect, but im not sure just how standardized it must be to notice it.

    I could not eat or sleep for several hours [6 hours to be exact] after taking my 1st does of Jack3d. Today will be my 2nd, I'll let you know.

    I started off w/ 2 scoops.

    I am a big fan of Jack3d , it's the only PW supp I take . You definetly need to take your sensitivity to stims into consideration when taking it . Personally my metabolism is an issue as well cause I never wo on an empty stomach . So I eat long enough before a wo to where I have gas to run on but not so long before that the Jack3d give me the jitters during . For me 30-45 min. before consuming Jack3d then immediately hitting the gym works well . Just have to see what works for you and adjust accordingly .
