VPX Meltdown Issue with BC

My girlfriend is currently taken VPX Meltdown with her birth control and is about 3/5 done with the bottle and all of a sudden she gets a period...

Shes pretty paranoid about this and is now off the meltdown -- day three off.

What do you guys suggest is happening? And what is the recommended course of action?

It could be that there are ingredients in the product that render birth control (BC) INeffective. There are MANY products out there that do this; if you're concerned with BC, you should check with the manufacturers or a rep of any product being considered for use and ask if it will do this.

Or, she could just be in that part of her BC stack (whatever you call it; on the pills that allow for a period).

As for recommending a course of action, she either completes the 2/5 left of the bottle or she doesn't finish it. If it's just the product interfering with her birth control, then there's nothing wrong with finishing the planned product cycle.
