I'm trying to find the best pre-workout pump product that is light on the stims. (just looking for vascularity without all the caffeine/speed in the product)

I've read many similar posts, but never seem to get a clear answer. I've tried 4 of them: NoXplode, SuperPump, WhiteFlood, and Ragnarok.

From my personal experience, I've tried all four and will rank them. (These are ranked to my personal preference......stim cravers may disagree with me):

1. SuperPump - Great pumps, good energy with no heart palpitations
2. Ragnarok - Same as SuperPump....I may like this even better, but only tried a sample
3. NoXplode - Good pump, too much "tingly" factor with the beta alanine
4. WhiteFlood - Stim cravers may love it, but I'm way too sensitive to this......my heartbeat got way too high. I only tried a sample, but it was way too much stims for me.

My current favorite that I use is SuperPump, but I may buy Ragnarok next go round since I was impressed with the sample.

Please share your experience with other preworkout pump products here. Pump/stim comparison is much appreciated for stim weaklings like me.

Get big!

Powerfull I really like.

A carb helper like P'slin or Glycobal would also be an idea.

if you don't like stims and just want a pump, try Gaspari Plasmajet. you can get a sample pack at GNC to try it.

it works really well for me when i use it (i usually use sp250 or Animal Pump pre-wo).

also, you can try Animal Pump. all of the stims are in the red pill which you can remove. Animal Pump is my favorite pre-wo and this is one of the reasons.

Food pump is always amazing so something like Anabolic Pump or P-slin has worked well for me.

Ragnarok is great and you can go with Caffeine free version if you really wanna cut the stims out.

Glycergrow is a cheap and effective way to get great pumps.

Finally I loved AEN Presurge and MAN Blueprint is very impressive right now for me.

If your looking for a pre-workout pump product with little or no stims you might want to check out Hemodraulix. It contains no stims and you can get a free sample at another retailer. We also offer samples on our Web site for only 99 cents.

Another option to consider is NO shotgun. I'm using it right now and think it delivers good pumps/vascularity. There is minimal energy unless you use two scoops (recommended serving size is 1 scoop)

If you are looking for a pre-workout stim I would highly suggest NO_Shotgun. All around the best pre-workout product, IMHO. Hemodraulix is very good if you just want the pump without the stim. I'm currently using plasmajet 2 hrs prior to workout and then NO_SHotgun 30 min prior and the pump is rediculous. Ragnarok was a bust for me. Not nearly enough energy and zero pump. Many seem to really like it, but I wander if it is because it tastes good...

I am also looking for a good pre workout supp, but I'm taking NO2 and don't want to stack 2 NO products.

Not to thread jack, but there is also the option of making your own pre-workout supp mix (capped or mixed as a drink). Does anyone have a recipe they would recommend?

Personally, I've gotten a great (almost painful!) pump just from NutraPlanet Arginine Ethyl Ester Powder and Creatine monohydrate. I've just been taking 1/4 tsp AEE morning and post-workout with normal Creatine dosage. It did take about a week or so for the AEE to build up in my system but the stuff lasts forever at this dosage.

Also, first post!!! woohoo!

It's not that I want to completely cut the stims out, I like some caffeine in the product. But for example, with SuperPump, I can only take 1 scoop b/c of the stim content. I'm not sure how much caffeine is in one scoop of SuperPump, but I'd like to have a product with that amount of caffeine and 3X the amount of vascularity factor. Let me know if you have any recommendations based on that, and thanks for the replies so far.

Why don't you stack superpump with plasmajet then. It's amazing.

I recently tried a newer product called Eponox from xero limits. Expected nothing...got awesome pumps. SuperPump 250 gave me stomach issues and I needed 3 scoops to even feel a thing. I really like USPlabs Jacked when it original came out. New formula is not nearly as good. The NO Shotgun V3 is awesome as well...stacked with SynthaSize, so good.

What do you not like about the new Jack3d? The new version contains even more ingredients per scoop than the original.

Idk what it is but the original formula just gave me way better energy and pumps. I have tried the new formula once and wasn't as impressed.

I also like Hemodraulix!

I've also had some of the best workouts of my life when I was taking P-Slin!

I don't have a lot of experience in this arena though...I usually just pop a few RPM and make a shake with Beta Alanine, Cit Malate, and Creatine.

you can also go with synthesize same formula same company minus the stims so pump is the same.

Try KreOxi Pump from Procard Nutrition by Chris Aceto. It's the only Pump product with KreAlkalyn and quercetin which creates a killer self sustaining pump. He added the quercetin specifically for competitive bodybuilders. It gives you an incredibly consistent pump with very little stimulant effects. As Chris always says to me, "if it's screwing up your mind, it's probably screwing up your progress."

if you don't want to spend massive dollars on big name pre-workout supps, you could try this simple (and athlete friendly) stack 30-40 mins pre-workout/training

niacin (vit b3) in the form of nicotinic acid - 100mg
no-doz plus - caffeine 100mg, nicotinic acid 10mg
a magnesium/electrolyte rehydration formula such as endura (also good to have some in your water bottle for during and after)

nicotinic acid is a vasodilator and affects the release of triglycerides and cholesterol, magnesium is required for reducing lactic acid and will increase your endurance (hence good to load up beforehand), caffeine will help with focus and 'psyching up' as well as having a nice thermogenic effect.

just another direction you could go in :)

I go out of my way to plug Chris. When I moved to Maine, he did a lot for me and is just a genuinely knowledgeable and personable guy. He doesn't BS and always takes the time to make sure his clients are doing the right thing. I didn't have the cash to shell out to hire him, but he helped me out anyway. He was excited about his line and spent the money to put the necessary stuff in them instead of skimping. So...I do have an agenda which is to get people of of the wonder drugs with fillers and cheap stuff and things that make your head explode. I don't even go on BB boards much and am just trying to spread the word because I believe in him and all of his knowledge and dedication.

Sorry to bump, but here is my opinion.

Most of the main brands have a sh&%load of caffeine, so I can only handle 1 scoop. After research and experimenting, I think one scoop of something like superpump or no-xplode, etc, combined with an AAKG supplement works well for me. That way I don't get too much caffeine, but I get the nice arginine pump. My pumps are better with a scoop of superpump and 1/2-1 serving of aakg powder than with any prohormone cycle I've taken.

Just my personal experience.....Best of luck!

Not sure if this makes any sense at all, but I had my best vasodilation (though only noticed by surface vascularity) by using topical formestane.

Not sure of the connection there but it worked =].

Jack3d is awesome, but is more of a focus energy type product for me. Pumps are some what not existent with jack3d, but the energy is better then anything I have used so far. An all around great product that is severely underrated is the lebrada supercharged pre-workout powder two scoops is awesome.

Bumping my own post!!

I've actually been doing this for a while now and getting great pumps.

Since adding the Creatine Mono my strength has increased and the burn/pain i get from exercises like leg extensions and high rep calf raises etc. seems to have diminished abling me to get some more reps in with heavier weights.

Great stack, very simple and i highly recommend others try it. I wouldn't even bother looking for anything else to add to it as it covers all bases as it is.

all these rediculous no products, like no-shotgun, xplode, blah blah blah. Half of them are WAY overpriced and don't make much of a difference from one another.

I recommend, the cheapest one, USP jacked...it works pretty well. Super Pump 250 is the most expensive joke ever. It works at the cost of breaking yout bank....that money should be used for the post-workout steak+potatoes.

Additionally, most of your true "pump" comes from eating pre-workout carbohydrates and drinking water during your routine.

And when it comes to creatine, again, all this cee, krealklyn, blah blah..... I've taken original monohydrate and I'm using Green Magnitude. Honestly, the only difference between Green Mag and the cheap monohydrate is $$$, and a little less water weight. I actually like the water weight from monohydrate. Again, I recommened using the cheapest, tried, and true staple supplements unless your talking steroid/ph's.

No shotgun is good stuff, Im guessing you've never used it... or even looked into what is in it, have you? It gives a good boost in energy(contains redline and meltdown technology) and also has 20g of quality protein per scoop. It is not overpriced either(imo), $30-40(price of a tub) gets you 28 servings(that is 28 workouts). Jacked is good stuff as well but I don't get 28 workouts out of a tub of Jacked, so its not really cheaper than no shotgun.

I've always been sceptical of all in products.

I'm using Purple Wraath at the moment. It's o.k. but i probably wouldn't buy it again. Others love it though and it come with some glowing reviews but just not for me.

I've had allergies to certain additives, preservatives, colurs etc. so i prefer to make my own homebrews. I buy Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine from N.P. Very happy with these but Creapure Creatine Mono and Whey i buy here in Oz real cheap and real good quality.

Just have more tubs sitting on the kitchen bench that's all.

I just bought the Vasochard/Xtend pack off of NP. I have been using SP250 which at first was great but as time went on, my stomach couldn't handle it. I used Vasocharge yesterday and the pump was great. I didn't feel quite as hopped up as with SP, but the workout was still great.

I once tried a sample of No Shotgun...yes it worked well, but I thought it would be a waste of money. Bottom line is there are thousands of No products out there...dont get sucked into spending tons of money on a stupid pump. Just because the bottle says "extreme mind blowing pumps and vascularity" doesn't mean its going to work like 6 weeks of epistane.

Well a nice surge of energy doesn't seem so stupid after I worked 8 hours and have to lift heavy ass weight. The pump from some of the products is awesome, and just makes for a better workout, so the money is worth it for me and many others. And comparing no-shotgun to epistane just makes me think that your stupid.

I would use it too, if I got it for free. ;)

On a related note: I've used Hemodraulix three times with the same effect - vomiting/diarrhea. It was not pleasant to say the least.

Smash is a good product, however. I have yet to try the newer version.

I've been a big fan of the SP250 for quite sometime. I am currently mixing it with Olympian labs A-AKG powder. This stuff is decent enough considering I got it on sale at V. Shop 70% off or something like that. However, I will definitely be going back to AEE from SNI with the SP250. The regular dose (can't remember what it was) worked awesome (exceptional pump), on occasion I would double it. This resulted in ridiculous pumps. It actually scared me at first.

While I am looking for something to replace the SP250 (It is awesome stuff, just so expensive for the amount you get, and if you double the dose...forget it) I would definitely recommend the AEE from SNI. For sure worth a shot.

Also, tried the No-Shotgun, was not impressed what so ever.

The Hemodraulix looks interesting. I went on Axis' website and it all sound grand...Has anyone else used this stuff on its own? If so what results did you get? I don't want to spend $60 bucks to throw-up at the gym.

Not trying to thread jack, it seems to go with the topic.
