okay this is the supplement list i am going with begining in may.

My workout:
monday-upper body
tuesday-lowerbody
wednesday-core/abs
thurday-plyos
friday-upper body

Daily nutrition guide
I will be doing a mix of clean and dirty bulking because I'm eighteen and i need to gain as much weight as possible

Breakfast-9:00
A combination of pancakes
scrambled eggs
cereal
bagle with cream cheese
abb extreme xxl after meal
mass fx1

Meal 2-11:00
340 grams of tuna with 2 table spoons of mayonaise
200 gram chicken breast

Workout-12:00
Superpump 2 scoops before workout
Size on during workout
Abb extreme after work out
mass fx1

Meal 3: 2:00
lunch at buffet at school
chicken
rice
mass fx1

Meal 4: 4:00
subway/quiznos italian sub with chips and drink

Meal 5: 6:00
dinner at school
usually steak with mash potatoes

Meal 6: 8:00
tv dinner usually hungry man
abb xxl extreme protien shake
mass fx 1

mmv2 and haldrol will be distributed evenly througout the day.
my only question is will mmv2 limit my ability to do cardio?

okay what exactly does a pro hormone do does it put on weight and mmv2 doesn`t have bad side effects so thats why i was considering it but if its not gunna do anything for me than i won`t take it. im on mass fx right now and have been for the past month. isnt that a pro hormone

No mass Fx is not a prohormone, it's a test booster.

Test booster = works off your natty production
Prohormone = external hormone not produced in the body, rather ingested

SizeON is good, stick with that. Same with Purple WRAATH, that will help you recovery quicker from your monsterous workouts.

Also check out a product called "Black HOLE", it will make your appetite increase and ability to consume more food.

FOOD IS THE KEY

Drink alot of whole milk. Just check out the nutrition facts on it. If you want to gain mass, drink whole milk.

Do alot of full body lifts, like deadlifts, squats, rows, chins, bench, etc. BIG movements.

Eat a ton and sleep alot

Listen to both these guys. Renegade always has great bulking advice as well!

Personally I think you have too many supplements in there and would be fine dropping the Halodrol and MMV2

cool guys. i just saw the gaspari thing stacking novadex xt with haldorol and it eliminated the water weight which is what im so gung hoe about. But ive read up on mmv2 and im still up in the air about it but i probably won't end up taking it
