    Football Mass/Strength Stack

Now that I know what I'm taking, my cousin now wants a bit of help.

He is a 21 year old, to be junior at trinity college, CT. He plays football there and wants to bulk up more for his last two seasons.
He is 6,2 and about 225 lbs.

He says all he has been taking for the last year is protein but wants to add some supps.

I was thinking about keeping him on whey protein, thrown in purple wrath, animal pak, and an n.o. such as nano vapor or even a nitrix/white blood type n.o. I was also thinking a creatine..

Anything else or any suggestions about this, I dont want to give him anything that will show up illegal on his testing at school either.

    Any advice helps

    thanks

    ddb

I would go with an EAA, Beta Alanine, Creatine and possibly Citrulline Malate combo.

Which is Purple Wraath (EAA, Beta Alanine, citrulline malate) + creatine mono.

Your cousin will love Purple Wraath, stuff is awesome. But forget about the nitrix and nano-vapor...MUCH better stuff out there

    such as....

    JP8 - Get Diesel Nutrition
    Jacked - USP Labs
    White Flood - Controlled Labs
    NO Shotgun - VPX Sports

Ya but theres not enough BA+CM within taking just PW alone. It is a good formulation for an EAA product though.

Be careful on the caffeinated products too much caffeine can cause a diuretic effect which can cause some problems with testing for athletes.

My son plays D1AA football, he's a freshman, and in September went in at 275 lbs. He's 295 now and I've had him on WF, GM, and PW along with multi and protein. His strength shot up.....he just squatted 575, benched 370, dlifted 540, and cleaned 305.

In regards to what Bolt just said about the caffeine, my son was drug tested during the season and passed, no problem. Just an FYI.

That is true. Just find out when he is being tested and stop the caffeine products and load up on water. Shouldn't be that big of a problem.
I would get some BCAA/EAA, creatine, beta alanine, multi vitamin, some EFA's

Check out Animal Pump for a preworkout NO produdct. You can take out the red pill which contains all of the caffeine in the product if you have problems with the caffeine. Animal pump also has creatine in it as well so you won't need to add extra creatine. There is no BA in it though so you may want to add some bulk BA from NP.
I have heard great things about Universal's EAA stack but PW is a good choice as well.
Look into some fish oil or animal omega to get his/your EFAs.
And a multivitamin should be a staple for every athlete.

Good to hear man! Ya I just know some of the local guys have had issues(or so I have heard..) before so its either due to they take a ton, take it right before being randomly tested, or an excuse of why they tested positive

They also all take a ton of niacin hoping to "flush" certain substances out of their bodies only to end up bright red

So ive checked all this out and I think im gonna go with...

    animal pak as a multi
a simple fish oil to get his efas
no shotgun as a preworkout for n.o. and it has creatine
and still havent decided on either EAA Stack or Purple Wraath.

Purple Wraath has all of the key BCAA/EAA and also BA and CM mix. But I think there is enough BA and CM in the NO Shotgun and may go with EAA Stack because its cheaper, it lacks BA and CM that he will get in the NO Shotgun....

He's 6' 2" and 295 lbs. His training for football does not incorporate deadlifts at all. So 540 isn't bad for an 18 yo who trains it for maybe 2 months a year

Yeah, squats and benches movements are usually more important and more used on football games than deadlifts, so it doesn't shock me all that much either.
