Eating lots of healthy food and lifting is going to help you gain LBM more so than any supplement. Get on the right track with those and you will get up to 185.
well i takeabout 3 servings a day 50gm protien each.
i eat low carb meals. i used to take max from max muscle.
but i didnt like the water retension.
look at your diet, look at your routine. they're the only two variables you should worry about at your age.
well i try little to no carbs
is all that protien a waste if im not takin in carbs???
