I just got done a JW 8 week cycle and gained 5 lean lbs. I'm looking to get leaner and lose NO muscle. Looking to lose 5lbs in 6-7 weeks......or just recomp.

All I have in my cutting stack so far is BCAA's and a little bit of cardio. What else could use?

AP and P-Slin don't work with me.......resulted in ER visits.
