ive been taking now foods adam multi v for a few months.. but decided to switch i up when i had to order something from bb.com.. i dont notice the bright yellow uine i was getting from other multi vs.. is thia normal i take a tab am and a tab pm as directions state.. my piss is now clear all day from the amount of water i drink lol

That means your not absorbing all the vitamins in there, especially the water soluble ones.

I have been taking ast 32x for about a month now, and I do not notice the neon yellow either. This means one of two things... either the multi is bunk, or we are absorbing everything.

hmmm doint think its bunk(maybe?) lol but how come when i was taking Now Foods ADAM my piss was completly neon yellow about 2 hours after injesting.. with this its just clear(like a smokee clear) wierd huh
