Im thinking about buying some egg protien powder. I want to try it because "they" say it has the highest bioavialability than any other protein.
But then again I read an ad in a magazine, and MuscleTech said that theory is false and nothing is superior to Nitro-tech. And we all know everything mentioned in a MuscleTech ad is true.
