    Help me out-Intraworkout sup

I'm new to this, and looking for a some advice. I'm looking to add an intraworkout product. I'm starting Ragnarok as my preworkout, and finish immediately postworkout with 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Whey with 3g Creatine Mono.

I'm trying to build muscle and lose fat, and have lost about 65 pounds so far, with 35 or so to go.

I've tried samples of Size On, IntrAbolic, and Intra-Aid. Of these three, which works best with the rest of my supplements?

Thanks for any advice, and let me know if I left something out.

My personal favorite is Icewater, lol.

I've used Size on but not the other 2. It seemed to work well, but I don't know that it will benifit you much on top of the mono you are already taking. I just tried a sample of VPX NO SytheSize that I got with my last order, and it tasted pretty good and had a pretty solid ing. profile.

Not much to go on, but it's what I have to offer. Hope it helps in some way.

    Goodluck!

    Here is what I suggest:

Xtend >> Helps endurance, preserves muscle, increases recovery, increases nitrix oxide production (citruline malate helps this part) >> best taken pre/during/post workout

Beta Alanine >> this will help your strength and endurance through increasing your carnosine levels>> best taken pre and post workout

intrabolic is the clear choice just look at the ingredients and compare it with the competition, youll see there is none.

intra aid does not use the same quality hydro whey that AEN is using.

purple wraath has a good profile, it just doesnt taste as good as other products "in my opinion". xtend may not have the best profile, its more basic, but it sure tastes damn good.

If trying to lose weight...just go with the BCAA/BetaA combos. You don't need any carbs during your w/o.

Much agreed. When trying to cut down or lose fat, you'll find it best to stay away from high carbs during and right before your workout.

Xtend tastes great. Purple Wraath tastes pretty decent as well and has a bit more goodies.

    My personal recommendation would be:

    2.5-3g Beta Alanine
    2-2.5g Citrulline Malate
    10-15g BCAAs

Crystal Light packets are great for flavoring this deal...

Agreed, but I run 6gms. Cit. Malate/day. (3gms. 2X) Try it if you haven't already, especially if you do a lot of cardio. It's pretty sour in itself so it goes well with lemonade-type flavors.
