I thought so. Was unsure though because of the label recommendations on certain products (i.e. hyperdrol x2).

yea the thing is some of the ingredients work well on empty ... but what ur using it for the carrier is good.
its always good with a carrier, it may also not bother your stomach when you take it with food.
