I take both. In fact my Bare Minimum, Keep Your Junk Working For Less Than $5 A Month Stack is:

    Ginkgo Biloba(standardized) 2-3 times a day

    Fenugreek/Zinc Picolonate @ bedtime

I've noticed that as well! I smell more like honey bunches of oats cereal, especially under the pits. At first i thought I was trippin', but then realized that it was definately having an effect. I was going to start a thread, but thought it would be lame. I am currently stacking 2g maca, 2g fenugreek, 120mg ginko, and I definately have noticed a difference in libido, memory, and energy levels. Its been a very cheap and fun stack.

i'm not sure how you're using these supplements but, these supplements are taken for different purposes, you know that right?

Ginkgo Biloba is used as memory and concentration enhancer, and anti-vertigo agent. Ginkgo supplements are usually taken in the range of 40–200 mg per day

Fenugreek is used among many things as libido support, and it works wonders for a natural supp, I take it pre and post workout.

Ginkgo has many uses besides memory enhancement. Cortisol control, prolactin inhibition and some success for the treatment of ED. The increased blood flow goes to more than just the brain.

I like ginkgo. Has effects on mental clarity and libido for me, definately, but not as pronounced as other stuff. Good all around herb.

Yes I attribute gingko to memory, and fenugreek to libido.

Although fenugreek is marketed as a digestive aid and also to help women lactate / breastfeed. Kind of strange that we take it for big loads, lol. Fenugreek & maca also contain phytoestrogens. So while they may be good for stimulating libido on occasion, I would not make it a staple.

"fenugreek is a main ingredient in all the breast enlargement pills due to the fact that it contains phytoestrogens."

But anyone taking fenugreek during PCT should not blame it for their gyno, as it's really not that strong to cause such a reaction. But it's something to be aware of.
