I have a relative who is about 60 years old and she told me she is feeling anxious and nervous all day long even though she has nothing to worry about. She also has problems falling a sleep at night. What supplements can she take to relax her during the day and help her fall asleep easier?

These could be symptoms of some underlying issue,
To take the edge off anxioty try a brisk walk to burn off the extra energy, this may also lead to more restful sleep. Might want to check with a Dr. first before starting any type of exersize program.
As a suggestion, examine the benefits of Melatonin or Valerian to assit with sleep.
