Hi. I'm 23, and have only been lifting for about 3 months. I recently got NO Explode and CELL MASS (BSN) because the guys i work with at the gym said they've made great gains using those. I also got CREAKIC (muscletech). my question is: does it make sense to use CELL MASS and CREAKIC post-workout, as they are both creatines?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are using the NO Explode only preworkout and the cell mass every day? If that is true you can use the Creakic along with the cell mass on off days. I dont believe the Cell Mass alone has as much creatine as you are supposed to get in one day.

On a side note look up some creatine and other supps on the website here. There are a lot that will have the same effect for half the price. Good luck

I'd just take one, but if you wanna use both you could use Creakic pre workout and use Cell Mass after, You should find out how much creatine's in each so your not taking too much.

When you realize you can get a kilo of micronized creatine monohydrate for $13 (http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/nutraplanet/creatine-monohydrate-1-kilo.html ) you realize what a killing these companies make. Take it with carbs pre & postWO and you're set. The bulk powder is tasteless to boot.

Also NO-Xplode won't really give you massive gains, it just helps you focus/train harder by getting you energized with caffeine/other supps, just want to make sure you realize that. Here's two good reads that will help you understand your training a bit more.

7g is a great spot to be at. 15 is way too much imo.
