I am currently bulking and not taking any supplements. I want to start cutting but still want to get bigger what supplements should I start taking. I am 21 and 6'2 230lbs. Thanks for the help.
typically speaking, if you want to cut like that, do it slowly. take your current calorie intake and cut it by 200 a day. after 2 or 3 weeks see where your at. if more calories need to be cut then simply subtract another 200 and so on. this is the part of training that is VERY disciplined, little room for error or cheating but the up side is your going to get to know your body wellI am currently bulking and not taking any supplements.
