hydro whey and MSG

so does anyone know anything about this. its a fact that the glutamic acid/glutamate undergoes some conversion to msg but we dont know how much i guess? im kinda worried about getting hydro

Not the same. ts not humanly synthesized first. Glutamic is an organic acid...Smoke dat hydro Yo!!

what do you mean by humanly synthesized?

in hydro whey is free glutamate, which has the exact same effects of msg, overexcites neurons.
