Alrite so pre-workout supplements that provide pumps are very popular right now...the most common ingredients seem to be arginine, creatine, vitamin b, and beta alanine....has anyone bought these ingredients in bulk and then made their own pre-workout drinks? i'm sure ppl have talked about it before but i'm basically to lazy to go searching for a thread about it...if you've tried the homemade drinks how were they compared to some of the more expensive branded pre-workout drinks?
