Does anyone use sesamin anymore?

still a staple for me while cutting, but only the liquid version as I've found it more effective than gel caps for some reason. I always refergerate the liquid version, so I'm guessing it helps retain effectiveness.

I use at least one dose everyday for overall health purposes and use 2-3 servings for damage control from cheat meals.

Sesathin + AP = Eat however much of anything you want and not get fat. It will be my staple for getting through the holidays leaner while enjoying every minute and every calorie.

I am just about out. I use tons when cutting and it works great, especially with an AI. 1-2 servings when I'm not cutting for overall health benefits.

At the price most places have Sesamin/thin for, it's one of the best supps out there for effectiveness vs. cost.

I still use it on a regular basis...great when cutting and lots of general health benefits.

I consume it as part of Animal Omega, but am assuming the dose is fairly low. I never saw fat loss when I sued it yrs back, but do find it very promising in low doses for general health purposes/benefits.

And the good news is we're working on getting it back in bulk :)
I like adding Sesamin in while I'm cutting. I haven't tried to isolate it's effects on it's own, however I do know that when I take it I tend to lean out easier.

What can it do for you while on a bulk? Can it help minimize FAT gains? Or is that more of a diet issue? I prefer not to use a keto diet while bulking... fats/proteins just aren't filling enough, I needs my carbs.

Rodja, how does it help with cheat meals? What is the metabolic process to prevent fat gains?

Sesamin is a PPAR-alpha agonist, which is one of the genes involved in metabolism, and helps with insulin sensitivity as well. There are many positive effects from sesamin included liver, lipid, and cardiovascular health, so it is more than just a fat loss supplement. It truly is one of the few out there that is just as effective on an aesthetic level as it is on an overall health level.

You've got me very interested... however, I am wary of buying things that just don't work sometimes. I got into the ordering bug lately, and a few items flopped for me.

I was thinking about taking:

DCP
Fish Oil
Green Tea
Sesamin
CLA

while bulking to help keep my fat gains low. Dunno if any of that is a waste. Just looking for some feedback... thanks man.

the essential efa stack is a great deal (fish oil + cla + sesamin): Invalid Link Removed

although i probably prefer avant's sesathin over prima's myself.
