OK so are these better when used everyday or just specific times when theres high glycemic foods involved?
and for every one who doesnt know what it is, heres a study on it:
When high glycemic carbs are involved.
It would be pointless on a low carb diet obviosly
Dose it at the highest carb meals.
Take it pre-workout for pumps with hi gi carbs.
So the answer is do both,do what u can afford.
