A future stack I am thinking of trying.

Probably around mid january.
Per my personal path I do not celebrate Xmas, holidays, birthdays etc so I can save up.
Plus I might start aikijujutsu training at a local dojo to supplement my muay thai.
And pilates to replace my bodyweight training to supplement free weight training.
Just met a new girl about a month ago and things are looking up after a long but somewhat dry series of short term flings.

I was thinking about this stack.

Phyto-Testosterone 400 mg 2x ED
Beta Ecdy 95% 250 mg 2x ED
Icariin 50% 500 mg 2x ED
Cissus 5% 1000 mg 2x ED
Resveratrol 98% 400 mg 2x ED
(as a notorious long term fan of long jack i am possibly swearing off it for the time being, lolz)


My long term staples

Alive Multi Liquid, Dr Donsbach Brain Booster (helps with my depression),
Cal/Mag/D mix, Sunwarrior Protein, Nature's Way Mega Liquid(efa)
 
I may consider adding Ipriflavone.

And on one site there was something about megadosing ipriflavone being similar to DIM or I3C... 600 mg or more a day.

I can only comment that I only tried ipriflavone mega dosed to the point of 1,200mgs. My muscles were more hard, and the onset of pumps during a workout came pretty quickly. But your stack sounds nice, I am sure that the muscles gained from it will be lean as f-ck.

Is the cissus from bulk or pre capped products?

I'll probably get it in bulk.
or if i have to i can get some capped.
if i do its going to be NP or Prima.


and its easy for me to bulk up.
I am trying to cut down now.
and kinda just slowly build strength while staying lean.

i will definitely add ipriflavone.
 
couldn't hurt- it helps to sequester Ca in the sarcoplasmic reticulum and stop calcium leakage, and it may help potentiate calcinueurin, which is a little-known anabolic pathway

I think you should change your dose of Ecdy:

I. Ecdysterone: Lower the dosage to 100 mg, and eat it with or before every meal. I mean like 5-6 times a day.
All you need is between 300-600 mg/day for it to work, but as you know it increases protein synthesis, so if you spread it out throughout the day, you will be utilizing more protein. Keep in mind to train hard, eat well and sleep well.
