how much stuff does everyone take?

Creatine Mono and Fish Oil everyday.
GABA or Phenibut if I need a sleeping aid (maybe once or twice a month).
Caffeine, sometimes Ephedrine for energy/cutting.

I honestly don't see the need for 98% of the stuff that's being sold.

Check out the Supplement Reviews/Logs subsection; you'll find a lot of logs with in-depth detail on supplement usage there. You'll also get an idea of who uses what for which specifics (i.e. someone may use a product for an entirely different reason than another; for example, Lipotrophin-PM: some use it for fat-burning, whilst others (like me) use it because it enhances sleep).
 
I'm on barebones at the moment:

AST MultiPro
RPN DCP
AX LeanFX
MST Cordygen5
CL Golden Finish
CL Glycergrow
CL Purple Wraath
and various proteins of course.

That's pretty light for me. But I NEVER go redundant. I always put the thought into a well-coordinated stack/cycle, and I always advise everyone do the same. I think the most products I've done at one time was somewhere near 12.
 
I used to use alot of things at one time, but im finding myself to mainly stick to at most 3 supplements outside of protein at one time. I just began to feel like i was overdoing myself. It also depends whether i am looking to lean out a bit or gain some nice weight. I personally am a big fan of beta-alanine, some creatine with bioperine or citrulline malate, and a whole food based antioxidant. All though i still use a decent amount of supplements its rarely over 3 at a time now
