I have used the stak and I liked it alot. Nothing huge in mass/strength gain wise but a good extra boost when trying to push the plateu. I broke a few barriers with it,but nothing jaw dropping. Still adding a extra 10 lbs to a bench that wasn't there before ;I can't complain! Hope this helps.
