i think it depends on your body weight and what your trying to do with your body. if your trying to bulk then take as much you want. probably 2-3 scoops post workout and however many carbs you want pre workout. it all depends on you. i feel it mixes well with 1 scoop of waxy per 1 scoop of protein powder. if your dieting probably 1/2 to 1 scoop.
I put 70g in my post workout shake.
that's what it takes. use a old scoop out of one of your protein containers.
I get a ten lb tub from Trueprotein.com that is a custom mix I put together and it last me a few months.
