Well im getting back into taining ive been doing it for about 5 years now, well my stats are below, wanted to get my self back into it before i run a cycle so some stuff below is things i wanted to try.

190lbs
i pretain all my workouts for strenght training and cardio because i do MMA so i base everything around that i hardly lift heavy.
